 | InfantsOur infant program at Small Scholars focuses on a safe home like atmosphere with low teacher to child ratios and small group sizes. Primary caregivers are assigned to individual children and daily reports are made documenting bottles, meals, diapering, naps, and activities your child participated in each day. Infants are provided with opportunities to develop their large/small motor skills as well as social development. Care givers rock, sing, read to and play with your baby throughout the day. Parents are encouraged to share routines and complete an infant care profile at registration. | | | | | ToddlersOur toddler program promotes healthy growth and development for your active toddler. The children enjoy stories, music, out door play, art, and a variety of other developmentally appropriate activities that our creative staff provides to keep your busy toddler engaged while he/she is at daycare. Toilet training is encouraged and positively reinforced as your little one prepares for preschool. | | | | | PreschoolAll children at Small Scholars University receive preschool education at no additional costs or program fees. We incorporate a daily program into our childcare setting. Preschool typically runs from 8am till 1pm M-F. We offer flexible schedules and have students attending 2 to 5 days per. The Main Campus offers E.L.I. preschool to families that meet eligibility income requirements. Both preschool programs follow the Creative Curriculum and meet the Ohio Early Learning Content Standards. | | | | | School Age ChildrenIn our school age program you will find fun and exciting activities to keep children busy before and after school hours and during school breaks. Quiet area and time for home work is allotted into our daily schedule. Staff is available to assist with home work as needed. Children are provided with a healthy breakfast and an after school snack. | | | | | Summer CampSummer camp is offered at both locations. Summer camp lead instructors are licensed teachers through ODE. Our summer camp program expands on the already implemented Cinci After School Curriculum.
